Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners, in collaboration with the European law firm Van Bael & Bellis organize the webinar “Distorting foreign subsidies in public procurement, as well as by EU Regulation 2022/2560”.
Presentations, held in Italian and English, will provide an analysis of the application of Reg. EU 2022/2560, on distorting foreign subsidies of internal market, in particular in the case of concentrations and public procurement procedures.
