Luca Tufarelli, Partner and Founder of the firm, has specific knowledge in the fields of civil law, commercial, administrative and IT law, where he assists clients of both the private and public sectors. He has contributed to the implementation of special projects in the fields of innovative technologies, telecommunications, computerization of the Public Administration and e-commerce, also dealing with consumer issues and regulatory compliance (privacy, market protection and surveillance of communications). He also assists companies participating in public tenders for the provision of services and supplies and in the subsequent execution and management of the contractual relationship with the contracting authorities. In judicial matters, he has mainly dealt with proceedings concerning administrative, antitrust, commercial and IT law. He has participated in important arbitration proceedings in the telecommunications industry.

In the M&A area he has handled various acquisitions and financing transactions in both the technological and commercial fields.
