Fabrizio Cataldo, Partner of Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners, has been dealing with judicial and extra-judicial issues in civil, commercial and administrative matters, as well as in criminal proceedings, since 1989. He has participated in working groups engaged in the processes of transformation of public bodies into corporations, as well as in the implementation of processes related to new regulations aimed at facilitating the development of new entrepreneurship.

In judicial matters, he mainly deals with proceedings concerning civil and commercial law (contracts, obligations, companies, unfair competition, advertising, precautionary proceedings, leases, debt collection), and administrative law (especially contracts). He has also followed and still follows criminal proceedings related to financial, corporate and urban planning violations, the violation of regulations on safety at work and on the disposal of toxic and harmful waste.
