Maria Lilia La Porta has been working with the Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners Law Firm since 2022, dealing in particular with TMT, Data Protection, Information Security, IT and new technologies law.

She has gained significant experience in the indicated fields providing advice and litigation (in particular before the Italian Data protection Authority – GPDP), both for private company and Public Administration, also with reference to digital transformation and Gov-tech strategies.

She is author and co-author of articles and case notes on the above fields.
