21 Jul Distorting foreign subsidies in public procurement – Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1441 of 10.07.2023
On 12 July 2023, Commissione Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1441 of 10.07.2023 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Implementing Regulation set outs the procedural rules and notifications relevant for Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market, in particular in case of concentrations and public procurement procedures.
Mario Di Carlo and Giuseppe Lo Monaco, of our law firm, in collaboration with Andreas Reindl and Isabelle Van Damme, partners at Van Bael & Bellis from Brussels, drafted an insight on the main news and changes made by the Regulations.
In September, we will organise technical-operational workshops in cooperation with the law firm Van Bael & Bellis.
