Paolo Maria Cataldo has been a lawyer since 1991. He has been involved in judicial assistance in civil and commercial matters and in the negotiation of disputes in out-of-court settlements.

In May 2011, he joined Ristuccia Tufarelli & Partners. He provides corporate legal advice services covering the typical needs of an internal legal management function, with particular reference to the pharmaceutical sector, corporate compliance, industry authorities, certification bodies, regulations and internal codes of conduct; business contracts referring to Italian and international law, assistance from the negotiation phase up to the drawing up of final agreements within M&A operations.
